Balanced septenary numeral system

The balanced septenary numeral system relates to the septenary numeral system in that it employs the powers of 7 as the radix (base), but instead of using the septenary digits 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 (common residues[1] modulo 7), it uses the balanced septenary digits 3, 2, 1, 0, 1, 2, 3 with value –3, –2, –1, 0, +1, +2, +3 (minimal residues[2] modulo 7).
